This role is for an experienced full-stack engineer to work on on-chain projects within our institutional product group, including both 0-1 product development as well as building off of existing produc. In this role, you will work across the stack (frontend, smart contracts, backend) to solve unique, large scale, highly complex technical problems.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and maintain highly interactive, responsive, and user-friendly frontend applications for onchain products.
• Design, develop, and optimize smart contracts using Solidity to enable new onchain products and features.
• Integrate onchain products and components with existing Barter backend services to solve unique challenges such as data indexing.
• Rapidly prototype new onchain experiences to gain early feedback.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex fullstack issues, ensuring performance, stability, reliability, and security.

What we look for in you

• You have at least 3 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus in shipping fullstack features with onchain components.
• You have experience in developing fullstack web applications and shipping user-facing features with JavaScript and modern js frameworks like React and NextJS.
